Currently developing and constructing the multimillion dollar mammoth "Silver Tip Village" project in Big Sky, MT, an extensive complex of condos, retail mall, restaurants, pedestrian courts, convention center, commercial buildings, service station and underground parking.
Instrumental in development and construction, from initial planning, site location, design, engineering, financing and construction to final punch-out, delivery of turnkey premises, marketing and property management.
Developed a company into one of the leading construction and development firms on the prestigious North Shore of Long Island, whose client's included the Jock H. Whitney Estate, as well as commercial construction, office complex's and hospitals.
Set-up affiliate company for commercial projects and developed an extensive corporate client base, including General Motors, Pepsi Cola, Motorola, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and IBM.
Recipient of "ARCHI" award from the American Institute of Architects.
